Allied Car & Truck Rental offers ‘park & fly’ service at its Carolina facility.

Local vehicle rental company Allied Car & Truck Rental recently opened two new locations — in Carolina and Naranjito — investing some $6.8 million in infrastructure and fleet.

The new centers will generate a total of 70 jobs, of which half are new hires, the company said. The investment includes $5 million to cover the vehicle purchases to outfit the new rental facilities.

Rhamses Carazo, president of the Puerto Rican firm, said his goal is to “continue offering a complete and rewarding car rental experience, meet the needs each customer may have and ensure personalized service.”

While preparing for this new challenge, Carazo said he remains “firm in maintaining competitive prices, ensure safe vehicles and to be the customers’ ally when both renting and purchasing their car.”

The Carolina rental facility, located off Baldorioty de Castro Avenue, on Los Angeles Avenue, will offer “park & fly” service to the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport.
