Convention Center unveils new 10th anniversary logo

Convention Center logoThe Puerto Rico Convention Center is marking the yearlong celebration of its 10th anniversary by unveiling a new logo during a recent event at the facility.

“The Puerto Rico Convention Center is a reason for pride and joy for all Puerto Ricans,” said Víctor Suárez, director of the Convention Center District Authority. “As our customers say, everything here is an event. That is why we’re celebrating Christmas and 10 years of work, lessons and achievements with some of the people who always believed in the great possibilities of this imposing structure, our customers.”

The $415 million Puerto Rico Convention Center offers 600,000 square-feet of meeting space throughout the facility located adjacent to the Isla Grande airport and several hotels in the Miramar sector of San Juan.

The Convention Center works hand-in-hand with Meet Puerto Rico, the nonprofit in charge of securing group meetings on the island.

“We welcome corporate events, local conventions and groups from other countries with open arms, first class service and unbeatable facilities because we are ambassadors of the tradition of camaraderie of a people that recognizes and knows the potential we have, not only as a tourist destination, but as a place for first-class conventions and events that has nothing to envy to any other center,” Meet Puerto Rico President Milton Segarra said.
