Doral launches ‘Cliente Plus’ customer reward campaign

In keeping with its corporate mission to “make a difference” in its customers’ lives and communities, Doral Bank announced this week it will be expanding the benefits offered to new and existing mortgage clients.

Through May 31, 2012, customers who have a mortgage loan with Doral and decide to open a checking account will gain so-called “Cliente Plus” status, as part of the bank’s newest promotional effort. Clients can win up to $2,500 in cash and take advantage of payment alternatives available through Doral online banking, Doral online mortgage, direct payment service, over the phone via “Teledoral,” and through ATMs.

“Cliente Plus” customers will receive between 10 and 20 entries — determined by the type of transaction — to enter a sweepstake to win up to $25,000 in cash prizes.

“At Doral, we’re aware of our clients’ support and we want to acknowledge their importance,” said Javier Lugo, product and pricing manager at Doral Bank. “We’ll be granting $25,000 in prizes, in addition to the many benefits they obtain with ‘Plus’ status: we have more than 200 ATMs throughout the island, fast and safe service, access to the most advanced technology, and many opportunities to become part of our community programs,” said.
