Open Mobile, Assurant Solutions team on device trade-in
Open Mobile is one of Puerto Rico’s five mobile carriers.
Open Mobile, one of several mobile network operators in Puerto Rico, is partnering with Assurant Solutions on a trade-in program that enables customers purchasing a new mobile phone to get instant credit for their old one.
“Service and savings are both very important to our customers,” said Juan Saca, CEO of Open Mobile. “Through this program, our customers have more affordable, convenient access to the latest mobile handset technology.”
“New phones can be expensive, and selling an old phone online can be time-consuming and unpredictable. Our trade-in program makes it easy for our customers to get instant cash back on their old device through Open Mobile, a brand they already know and trust,” he said.
Launched on June 9, Open Mobile’s Trade-In program was designed and implemented by Assurant Solutions, a leader in mobile protection products and services. To receive an upgrade, customers return their current device to Open Mobile in good condition.
