Consulting and media management firm Full Circle Communications is marking its 12th anniversary with a new corporate image and the launching of a new division to provide customized trainings for executives in times of economic challenges.

“What we do in FCC is the antithesis of mass and generic seminars, which do little in the short or long term. We identified a niche that needed these custom ‘one on one’ or very small group trainings,” said Ada Torres-Toro, president of FCC.

“Many CEOs and business leaders will not attend a seminar with hundreds of people. We refocused this service to an intensive level and taking into account the characteristics of each industry,” she said.

FCC’s services are currently focused on image positioning and crisis management.

“The resources we use to manage these areas have changed radically in recent years. The digital age and all the changes it has brought it opens the door to many possibilities that before could only be managed through the press,” she said, adding that Radames Rosado, president of Radagroup Inc., was in charge of creating FCC’s new image.

FCC’s trainings to local and international firms are as specialized and individualized as required by the customer, she said. The firm makes a preliminary analysis of the person, with photos and videos, and their body language and verbal projection, among other factors.

“We establish priorities, if they must be exposed to the press often, or if they want to be more affective in presentations among their peers,” Torres-Toro said. “Communicating effectively means influencing. Even for internal communication within a company this skill is crucial to support a leadership position.”
