Aon Hewitt, the global talent, retirement and health solutions business of Aon plc, announced that it has more than 200 positions for full-time client services representatives for its call center in Puerto Rico.

The company will hold a job fair each Tuesday and Thursday throughout the month of August beginning Aug. 2nd, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the lobby of the Aon Center, located at 304 Ponce de León Avenue in Hato Rey.

Eligible candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, both oral communication and written; candidates must have some client services experience and computer skills. Previous call center experience is preferred particularly in the area of employment benefits and human resources. The positions are full-time and candidates must be available to work between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The position requires: A team oriented spirit. Excellent over-the-phone customer service capability; Ability to multitask using several online resources and computer systems; Positive attitude and be highly motivated; Passionate about technology and motivated to learn; Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment; Exceptional relationship-building skills; and, excellent bilingual communication skills, professionalism and poise under pressure.
