Yanice Deynes, president of Pujols Poultry Farm, will offer a testimonial on how her business has succeeded.

The Arecibo campus of the Inter American University and Banco Popular are joining forces to host a seminar this week, “Junte para Echar Pa’lante,” aimed at young entrepreneurs looking for ways to get ahead. The event will take place April 4, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the college’s theater.

Topics on the agenda include: “Business sector trends,” by Rafael Salgado, Popular’s vice president for the northern region; “Grow, innovate and Export,” by Elidio Aldarondo, SBTDC Director of the Inter American Arecibo campus; “Technological Resources for Business,” by Juan Aguayo, president of Traikon; “From the Idea to the Opportunity,” by Nelma Albertorio, of Dialogue of Self-Management; “Planning Business and Individual Financials,” by Kurt Schindler, director of financial education at Popular; and an agrobusiness testimonial Yanice Deynes, president of Pujols Poultry Farm.
