San Juan-based electronic transaction processing firm EVERTEC today announced the availability of a web-based version of its HR-Sense product, to enable client companies access the human resources application online.

The solution was developed locally and comprises several modules to facilitate the effective management of a company’s labor force. The most significant advantage the solution provides is savings in the total cost of ownership, as it does away with the need for client server technology. The application is also multi-company, which means that through a single session, users can access all of the legal entities the wish to manage.

“HR-Sense is a powerful tool to optimize any company’s human capital,” said Carlos Ramírez, executive vice president of business solutions for EVERTEC said. “Regardless of whether the entity is public or private, HR-Sense Web allows them to manage their information in a structured way to attract, retain, develop and train their staff.”
