Oriental Bank chosen among Puerto Rico’s top 100

Oriental bank has more than 1,600 employees.

The Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce recognized Oriental Bank as one of the island’s “most outstanding companies,” during its annual convention last month.

“I want to thank the Chamber of Commerce for recognizing the work of more than 1,600 employees at Oriental Bank. We’re proud that our contribution for the welfare of the island has had a positive impact and that we’ve added value in all industries,” said Oriental President  José Rafael Fernández.

The award recognizes 100 companies that have demonstrated outstanding and successful development throughout their history, have an impeccable reputation, a memorable legacy, and have made a valuable contribution to the island’s socioeconomic development.
