Puerto Rican company Vibranalysis goes int’l as Vibra

VibrAnalysis, a Puerto Rican company that provides reliability engineering and condition-based maintenance services, has renewed its corporate image and logo, rebranding itself as Vibra.
This process responds to the changes in the industry, the internationalization, and diversification of the company’s services throughout its 20 years of development, company executives said.
What started as a company that offered vibration analysis services in Puerto Rico, has become a multinational corporation with offices in the Dominican Republic and México, offering services and products to optimize maintenance programs. The company provides services to the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, power generation, manufacturing industries and recently entered the aerospace market, as one of the local companies chosen to provide services to Lufthansa Technik in Aguadilla.
“A great challenge that Puerto Rico faces right now is to innovate and reinvent itself in order to enter new markets that contribute to the local economy,” said Jesús Laboy, business development manager at Vibra.
Reliability engineering focuses on the proper machinery function during its whole lifecycle. To achieve it, the operational conditions are constantly monitored and analyzed, searching for tendencies that help identify failures in their early stage. The development of reliability strategies reduces operational costs, energy consumption, and increases return on investment.
