The second edition of Puerto Rico Restaurant Week is underway this week, with 40 participating restaurants offering some of their best dishes to local and visiting foodies. To promote Puerto Rico as a gastronomic destination, organizers have partnered with JetBlue Airways and the Puerto Rico Tourism Company to host an event series at the carrier’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport terminal.

The first event was hosted Tuesday and the following event will take place today, when guests arriving to Puerto Rico will have the opportunity to taste some of the food they can enjoy during Puerto Rico Restaurant Week and during their stay on the island.

Eric Grafals, regional marketing coordinator of JetBlue said, “the airport series at the JetBlue terminal is an excellent opportunity for travelers to sample the best of Puerto Rico’s culinary scene and to promote Puerto Rico as a gastronomic destination”.

PR Restaurant Week will run through May 20, during which diners are encouraged to visit www.PRrestaurantweek.com to make their reservations. Spaces are limited and seats are filling up quickly.
