Ricoh exec to speak at SME Puerto Rico’s summit

Terrie Campbell, vice president of strategic marketing of Ricoh, a global technology company specializing in office imaging equipment, production print solutions, document management systems and IT services, will offer the keynote speech at the upcoming Puerto Rico Sales and Marketing Executives summit, Oct. 18.

Campbell is a veteran of the document and information technology industry with a focus on designing solutions that enable customers to have more effective and secure use of critical business information. She is responsible for the strategy, direction and execution for Ricoh’s Managed Document Services approach and key vertical marketing strategies and programs, for both direct and dealer channels. In addition, she focuses on solutions that address post-recession challenges of today’s working environment.

During her speech entitled “Riding the Storm: strategic marketing the key to surviving a challenging economic environment,” Campbell will outline how strategic marketing plays a pivotal role in an organization’s success, especially during a crisis or economic recession.

In addition, attendees will review how changing demographics and generational workforce behavior impact an organization and its marketing plans. She will also discuss the importance of innovation and provide tips on how to attract the right customers to your brand.

The event will take place at the Ritz Carlton in Isla Verde at 1:30 p.m.
