Regional carrier Seaborne Airlines announced Monday the start of new non-stop daily service from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport in San Juan to the Princess Juliana International Airport in St. Maarten, which is now the 19th airport it has added to its roster of destinations during its recent expansion throughout the Caribbean.

The schedule for the new service is as follows: Departure time from San Juan at 6:45 p.m., arriving at St. Maarten at 7:45 p.m., departure time from St. Maarteen at 8 a.m., arriving San Juan at 9:10 a.m.

Fares from San Juan to St. Maarten begin at $88 one way, taxes and fees included. Flights can be reserved via SeaborneAirlines.com, Expedia, Travelocity or through at local travel agency.

“St. Maarten is yet another exciting destination in the Caribbean that Seaborne is offering to our customers, as we build important trade and tourism links throughout the Caribbean,” said Seaborne Airlines CEO Gary D. Foss.

Seaborne has shown dramatic growth during the past months, adding new destinations in the Dominican Republic and announcing plans to relocate its headquarters to Puerto Rico this month.
