Sports Authority hiring for new Puerto Rico locations

Sporting goods retailer Sports Authority announced Thursday it will be hiring 200 people for the company’s two newest locations in Plaza Las Américas and Plaza Carolina, which are set to open in early April 2014.

Sports Authority is looking for candidates who are “enthusiastic, eager to learn and passionate about sports.”

Recruitment efforts for open team member positions will continue through the fourth week of January and interested applicants are encouraged to send their resume to [email protected], ATTN: Sports Authority/Plaza Las Américas or Carolina by Jan. 24.

“We are excited to open two new Sports Authority locations in Puerto Rico,” said Michael E. Foss, chief executive officer of Sports Authority. “We are seeking candidates to join our team and support our mission of providing great value, quality brands and outstanding customer service.”
