Puerto Rican consulting and IT services company, MM Consulting Services, announced the launch of PSO, an application designed to expedite and facilitate paperwork and online requirements for a variety of transactions.
The app, called “Procesos Simples Online,” will be available Monday, company President Mickey Miranda said Thursday.
PSO provides companies with agility, security and cost effectiveness through a highly resilient system, he said.
This solution facilitates the processing of digitized documentation in those businesses that as part of their offerings require that an application is filed to obtain a good or service. Through PSO, both the applicant and the company have total and effective control of how the application process goes, thus achieving a faster response, an organized flow and continuous communication, he said.
The app is ideal for a variety of operations, especially small and mid-sized businesses looking to streamline processes in an inexpensive way. Larger companies, such as cooperatives, mortgage centers, car dealers, educational institutions, employment agencies and others may also benefit from the application that entailed a $65,000 investment and carries a one-time cost for the client company of $15,000, which can be paid in installments, Miranda said.
“This IT solution, aimed at improving organizational processes, offers both the customer and the service provider the components necessary for a truly successful experience. We are convinced that the insertion of PSO as part of business strategies will be an advance for any company or entity that aims to be state-of-the-art,” said Miranda.
PSO is developed under a contemporary approach aimed at service and quality control to benefit both customers and companies, he said.
In that sense, the solution provides several transactional reports, which include those that detail the productivity and effectiveness of the service provider. This includes a “Management Dashboard” to measure and monitor the execution of the company or entity. The benefits that clients and companies obtain go hand-in-hand with the way services should be managed today and the ability to obtain quick and direct responses, he added.
This is the third app MM Consulting Services has developed with a team of in-house employees.
