1st American Cut Bar & Grill eatery opening in December
American Cut Bar & Grill is the result of a vision shared by LDV Hospitality and renowned chef Marc Forgione.
LDV Hospitality, a New York-based restaurant group, will be expanding into the Puerto Rico market with its first American Cut Bar & Grill restaurant, slated to open in December 2015, founder John Meadow said Monday.
This flagship restaurant, which required a multi-million dollar investment, will be located in an 8,000-foot square space in The Mall of San Juan, vowing to offer an experience that will redefine the traditional “steakhouse” concept.
“American Cut Bar & Grill will offer a modern take on classic American dishes in a contemporary, casual ambience reminiscent of Art Deco fused with a bit of rock & roll,” said Meadow.
“For LDV Hospitality, whose acronym stands for La Dolce Vita or ’the good life,’ our company values and Puerto Rican culture have a lot in common — we enjoy celebrating and sharing with friends and family,” he said. “We have not skimped on resources, and our new restaurant will be the ideal place for friends and families to meet, celebrate life, and enjoy top quality meals at approachable prices.”

“Puerto Rico will soon be home to our flagship restaurant of the American Cut Bar & Grill concept. The restaurant will open after months of hard work and planning with our local partner, restaurateur Julio Canales, and we are looking forward to embracing the community with it,” said Meadow.
