IHOP to host 2nd annual ‘National Pancake Day’ in P.R.
IHOP in Puerto Rico will host their second “National Pancake Day” tomorrow, upholding the chain’s tradition of giving away pancakes who visit the restaurant that day, in exchange for a donation to support the San Jorge Children’s Foundation.

Same as last year, IHOP restaurants in Plaza Centro in Caguas, Premium Outlets in Barceloneta and Los Colobos Shopping Center in Carolina will give away three buttermilk pancakes to clients who eat there between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m.
When customers get their meal, they will be able to donate to a cause that has already collected more than $16 million nationwide for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and local organizations.
“Everything that is collected during the event will be destined to local entities affiliated with the Children’s Miracle Network, and in Puerto Rico’s case, it stays at the San Jorge Children’s Foundation,” said Ana Agrelot, vice president of marketing at IHOP.
More than 1,500 IHOP restaurants across the U.S. mainland and around the world will celebrate National Pancake Day tomorrow.
