BBVA’s ‘El Libretazo’ sweepstake in its 12th edition

BBVA is giving customers a chance to win through its "El Libretazo" sweepstake.

BBVA announced Wednesday the start of its 12^th consecutive edition of “El Libretazo” sweepstake, through which it will give away 87 prizes in its monthly sweepstake and a total of $50,000 in its quarterly drawing.

“El Libretazo” is the bank’s savings account that has been characterized by offering benefits and rewards to its customers. BBVA will be giving away two vacations valued at $3,500 each, five iPad2’s, 15 Sony Cybershot digital cameras, and 65 Isla Plus gift cards worth $250 each.

To participate, customers must open an “El Libretazo” savings account and will automatically be participaticipating in both drawings.

The monthly giveaway began Oct. 1 and will end Oct. 31. Winners will be chosen Nov. 4. Meanwhile, BBVA customers will be able to participate in the quarterly “El Libretazo” sweepstake by participating from Oct. 1 to Dec. 31. The drawing will take place Jan. 16, 2012, said Idalis Montalvo, vice president of communication and corporate image.
