Colmena66 takes ‘Tu Camino Empresarial’ Tour to Arecibo
The Puerto Rico Science, Technology and Research Trust, through its Colmena66 program, will host the next edition of “Tu Camino Empresarial Tour” on Nov. 6 at the Arecibo Country Club.
The event is designed to connect entrepreneurs and small-business owners from Puerto Rico’s northern region with resources to help them expand operations and strengthen the island’s business ecosystem.
“We’re very proud to see how the Tu Camino Empresarial Tour continues to bring entrepreneurs and business owners from Puerto Rico’s northern region closer to the resources they need to grow and strengthen their businesses,” said Lucy Crespo, CEO of the Science Trust.
“This event reflects our commitment to supporting the island’s entrepreneurial development by providing concrete tools and meaningful connections that make a difference at every stage of the entrepreneurial journey,” she said.
Organized in collaboration with the United Retailers Association, known in Spanish as CUD, and sponsored by Oriental Bank, the event will feature training sessions on sales, marketing, financing and digital tools, as well as mentorship opportunities through the Mentor Hub.
The El Panal Expo area will showcase more than 20 business support organizations, incubators and government agencies.
“At Colmena66, our mission is to make access to information and resources easier for entrepreneurs,” said Bárbara Rivera-Chinea, executive director of the program. “Regional events like this one allow us to gain deeper insight into each region’s specific needs and develop joint solutions.”
Admission is free but requires registration.
