The owners of the Best Western Plus Condado Palm Inn & Suites officially recently marked the second anniversary of the property located at the heart of San Juan’s trendy Condado district.

The hotel, owned by International Hospitality Enterprises, was inaugurated Feb. 27, 2013, after an initial $20 million investment to make-over of the former Diamond Palace hotel that closed down in 2010 after 16 years of operation.

“We are jubilantly celebrating two years of service to our visitors at Condado Palm Inn & Suites. We feel honored with the support we have received from our guests and visitors,” said the hotel’s General Manager Henry Neumann.

“Moreover, we have enjoyed a resounding success, culminating this past February with an average occupancy of 98 percent, the highest in Puerto Rico,” said Neumann, adding that to mark the milestone, the hotel will be offering special rates for Puerto Rico residents starting at $109 per night through the summer.

“I want to take advantage of this opportunity to thank our staff, for the attentive service offering for the enjoyment of all our guests and visitors,” said Neumann.
