Puerto Rican tech company e-Nabler flew to New York City this weekend to take part in the National Retail Federation’s Annual Convention & Expo, better known as “Retail’s BIG Show” featuring the most effective solutions and tools for the industry. This year’s show placed special emphasis on the companies and latest technology fueling the growing mobile payment trend.

Joel Vázquez, president of e-Nabler, headed the company’s delegation and presented its e-Mobile POS solution, which allows iPods, iPads and iPhones to couple up with specialized equipment to deliver the point-of-sale directly to the client.

“Our team seeks to maximize mobility, streamline processes and provide access to the transactional world, providing a mobile solution that meets modern needs, which is ultimately summarized in time versus sales,” said Vázquez.

Essentially, the application seeks to “maximize existing processes and [make] them more efficient. The equation is simple, transactional execution time is reduced and sales volume is increased,” he added.

e-Nabler was bestowed the “Best CTIA Mobile App Award” in 2008, which allowed it to be more committed to providing consumers with a unique sales experience in its class. Today, the company is able to work with most types of clients, Vázquez said.

“Our solution is provided wirelessly to mobile devices and we built a synchronization program that tied the mobile devices to whatever back-end accounting or ERP system the client had,” Vázquez said. “We can provide our solution to almost any company, regardless of their back-end.”

Today, e-Nabler has a mobile solution that benefits various industries ranging from service, retail, distribution, health systems and restaurants. The application is available through the Apple store and a version for the Android market will be launched soon, company officials said.
