EO Puerto Rico ends education cycle with creativity workshop

Andrew Davis, a marketing expert and author, led a workshop for EO Puerto Rico focused on using business limitations as a catalyst for creativity and growth.

EO Puerto Rico concluded its 2024-25 educational cycle with a workshop led by internationally recognized marketing expert Andrew Davis, who introduced local entrepreneurs to a framework for turning business limitations into growth opportunities.

The event, titled The Cube of Creativity, presented a four-part method designed to help business leaders reframe common challenges — such as inflation, labor shortages and burnout — as drivers of innovation.

“This talk with Andrew Davis not only closes our educational cycle for the year, but also reminds us that our limitations are, in reality, the fuel for our innovation,” said Michelle Arce, president of EO Puerto Rico. “At EO we firmly believe in ‘trust your journey’ — trusting that the path, however challenging it may be, shapes us as resilient leaders.”

Davis, known for his bestselling books and work on content strategies, tailored the session to address the most pressing issues facing entrepreneurs in today’s market. His “Cube of Creativity” approach encourages structured, constraint-driven problem-solving to spark new ideas and sustainable growth.

Founded in 2015, EO Puerto Rico is the local chapter of the global Entrepreneurs’ Organization, which has more than 18,000 members across 76 countries. The chapter includes 89 members on the island and provides high-level networking and learning opportunities. Membership is by invitation only and requires applicants to be founders or majority owners of companies with at least $1 million in annual revenue.

By connecting members with global thought leaders like Davis, the group aims to strengthen Puerto Rico’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and promote long-term economic development.
