Forrester Research includes local tech firm Nagnoi Inc. in global ‘shortlist’

Puerto Rico technology firm Nagnoi Inc. scored another accomplishment recently, through its inclusion into the 2012 Forrester Research Business Intelligence Service Providers Shortlist, a list that the global research and advisory firm makes available to its worldwide customer base.
Nagnoi is now one of about 100 Business Intelligence Service Providers from around the globe, said Néstor V. Figueroa, Principal at Nagnoi Inc.
“We are truly honored to be included in this Forrester list along with other distinguished Business Intelligence service providers from all over the world. This exemplifies the passion of our team to elevate our customer’s competitiveness through actionable, self-service, and collaborative analytics,” he said.

Nagnoi Inc., founded in 2002, specializes in delivering performance analytics and business intelligence, process optimization and automation, and customer relationship management services.
Each year, Forrester Research makes its shortlist available to its global customer base, including a full profile of each business intelligence service provider for the benefit of potential clients with different business needs.
“The importance of this inclusion is that Nagnoi will now show up as an option to hundreds of Forrester clients from around the world that are looking for business intelligence service providers that can meet their own specific needs,” said Miguel Colom-Mena, co-founder and Principal at Nagnoi Inc. “As far as we know, this is the first time that a technology consulting company from Puerto Rico makes this list.
