New website illustrates benefits of e-payment options

e-Nabler Corp, a Puerto Rican company dedicated to developing integrated point of sales system eMobilePOS, recently unveiled a new web página to help small- and mid-sized businesses learn about and evaluate the benefits of electronic payment systems.
According newly approved Act 46, businesses — with the exception of those generating less than $50,000 — must offer two payment methods, and at least one of those must be electronic.
“Most people prefer to make payments with debit or credit, and even pay through their mobile devices, as is happening with the ‘millennial’ generation,” said Joel Vázquez president of e-Nabler.
“If you don’t have payment options, they are unlikely to return, and in these times it isn’t easy to recover a client,” he said, adding POS systems also grant the advantage of providing businesses security by having to handle less cash.
The company’s eMobilePOS system offers various functions such as inventory management, purchase receipt via email, synchronization with business accounting program, sent offers to its customers, among others. The business can create their offers and measure their impact on their budget.
“It is practically a virtual administrator of your business,” Vázquez said.
In addition to conducting sales transactions on smartphones or tablet, a mobile POS system offers the flexibility to run the business from anywhere and at all times.
“It is surprisingly cheaper than a traditional point of sale, which means savings for business,” Vázquez added.
