Aon, a risk management, brokerage, reinsurance, and human resources consulting and outsourcing services firm, announced the launching of Aon RickConsole, an online tool to efficiently manage claims processes.

The platform, which the firm says is unique to the Puerto Rico market, is used by more than 90,000 professionals in more than 40 countries, and is known for its “simplicity and capacity” to provide risk management analysis. Users have reported cost reductions of between 3 percent and 10 percent by using it.

Aon RiskConsole supports the decision making process of risk management at all levels, such as risk identification, risk judgment, incident and damage registration, as well as the reactive mapping of risks. It is accessible online 24/7 and provides current and personalized reports to give users greater control and efficiency when it comes time to manage claims.

“This digital platform provides our customers with comprehensive information and data on the risks associated with their businesses through analysis of their claims and exposures,” said Stefanie Vaello, Aon’s director of property and casualty claims.

“By providing our customers with automated control of their risk management programs, they get accurate analysis of the frequency, severity and origin of their claims. In addition, this tool allows our experts to obtain analysis of projections, which will give us more bargaining power at the time of renewal,” she said. “We help companies minimize their risks by offering a quality product that will provide them with relevant information for corrective action.”
