Bella Group launches used cars roadside assistance plan

Bella Group, a Puerto Rican company dedicated to distributing and selling vehicles, has launched a roadside assistance program for used car owners, known as “Bella Pre-Owned Road Assistance.”
“With this program, people who purchase a used car will have a number of benefits and advantages that will provide them greater peace of mind and convenience if a mishap on the road were to occur,” said Francisco Pérez, executive vice president Bella Group.
This new service applies to all used car brands bought from the Bella Group dealer network throughout the island including Honda in San Juan, Bayamón, Ponce and Cayey; Acura in San Juan and Ponce; Chrysler Flagship and Flagship Volkswagen, both in Bayamón; as well as Flagship Mazda and Flagship Usados de San Juan located on Kennedy Avenue.
Among the benefits available 24/7 to used car owners are battery charges, tire changes, gas supply, locksmith service, tow truck support and extraction service in case the vehicle is off the road.
The duration of the new program, which is coordinated by Connect Road Assist, may range from one to three years, depending on the used vehicle acquired, Pérez said.
