Framed in a creative vibe and in the company of clients, employees, artists and advertising industry executives, agency Lopito, Ileana & Howie recently opened its remodeled workspace, marking 42 years in business.

The new design focuses on creativity and innovation, featuring neutral colors with bright details designed by Chiqui Dávila, the agency’s producer and concept developer. It also features a new management organization located around the central area of the structure, making it accessible to different teams and departments. In turn, offices were removed creating adaptable, approachable and common spaces that allow meetings and teamwork, agency executives said.

“We wanted to share these new spaces with clients and friends. It was a well-thought job in which, supporting the changes and demands of an ever-changing market, we spared no effort and we took on the task of making the agency a pleasant and attractive place, full of personality and character.” said Joé Luis Álvarez, manager of Lopito, Ileana & Howie.

The festivity was marked by the participation of artists Edgardo Larrequi and Ricardo Sánchez, who developed art pieces that will be auctioned to benefit “Fondo Lopito,” a nonprofit program created by the agency to provide a grant to a local artist to teach their talent to public school students to promote arts education.
