Money Express contest winners take home prizes
Normaris Reyes received her car at the new Money Express branch in Santurce.
As part of its 20th anniversary celebration, Money Express sponsored the ¡Resuelve y Gana! (“Find Solutions and Win!”) sweepstakes that ran from June 1 to Dec. 31, 2015.
Customers who took out a personal loan during that period obtained 20 automatic entries to participate in the sweepstakes. The winners were: Damaris Estrada and Julia A. Rodríguez, won two Samsung 40” TVs; William Ortiz and Carmen Ortiz, who won two Mini iPads; and Norimar Reyes, who won the grand prize, a 2016 Mazda 3 Sport.
“We’re very excited about giving Norimar her new car. She considered Money Express as an option to begin creating credit and get help with her college books and tuition, but she never imagined becoming the owner of a new 2016 Mazda 3 Sport that would serve as transportation to school,” said Juan Carlos Vázquez, senior vice-president of consumer banking at FirstBank, parent company of Money Express.
“At Money Express, we want to offer consumers help anytime they need to solve a financial situation they may be going through,” he said.
Reyes received her car at the new Money Express branch in Santurce, a 3,169 square-foot facility that provide customers with greater access to products and services, including a FirstBank walk-up ATM machine.
