On Point Strategy named one of Inc.’s 2025 Best Workplaces in the US
Caguas-based consulting firm On Point Strategy has been named one of Inc. magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2025, a national recognition honoring companies with strong organizational cultures that promote employee development, well-being and resilience.

The award follows a review process that included a confidential employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. On Point Strategy was one of more than 540 companies selected nationwide for prioritizing personal and professional growth.
