The time it takes for the Tuscalossa Amphitheater in Alabama to offer customer service has been reduced by half, while sales have increased by 20 percent since the venue implemented the eMobilePOS mobile point of sale system developed by Puerto Rican company e-Nabler, representatives announced.

This was one of the achievements shared by retail companies and technology service providers in the eMobilePOS Partner Expo Conference (EPEC 2014) event held at the Gran Meliá Golf Resort in Río Grande over the weekend.

The eMobilePOS system was also present at the 2014 Superbowl as the champion team, the Seattle Seahawks, uses this technology to sell items and memorabilia, applying it successfully in its management and information system operations.

“The emobile POS system has a variety of resources that fit any business, anywhere, providing better customer service in every transaction,” said Joel Vázquez, president of e- Nabler, founded in 2001 and one of the pioneers in mobile, cloud-based POS solutions and software.

“With the same device, you can simultaneously carry inventory of the business, without having to waste time transferring the information to another program. It also offers the advantage of taking up less space and has mobility resulting in lower costs for rent per square foot in the business,” said Vázquez.

eMobilePOS is an application that turns any smartphone or tablet into a digital cash register with credit/debit card reader, receipt printer and scanner for barcodes. It is also the only mobile POS system certified to generate a receipt printed with the IVU Loto code.

eMobilePOS was the first fully integrated POS application available on iTunes and to date has processed more than 2 billion transactions.
