Ritz-Carlton completes guestroom renovation project

The upscale oceanfront Ritz-Carlton in Isla Verde has completed a multimillion-dollar renovation and enhancement project to its 416 guestrooms and suites, the company announced.
The property’s new look embraces Puerto Rico’s tropical ambiance and rich heritage through a display of lively colors, sophisticated furnishings and contemporary paintings, all to enhance the comfort and lifestyle experience for today’s discerning traveler.
“The Ritz-Carlton has always been an acclaimed retreat, appreciated for its Caribbean views, tropical design and relaxed lifestyle,” said Steve Redkoles, general manager the property. “The enhancement plans will add luster to this jewel of a resort, considered one of the finest in Puerto Rico.”
The makeover was handled by Jeffery Beers International, recognized globally for more than 20 years as one of the premier architectural and design firms for their fresh and innovative design concepts that produce elegant, yet alluring spaces. Each guest room and suite is artfully redesigned with modern sophistication yet retain an enhanced timeless aesthetic that Ritz-Carlton guests have come to expect and enjoy, property executives said.
“Maintaining references to the resort’s island elegance, bold new designs showcase a color palette of canary yellow contrasted by deep aqua blue details, and watery teal punctuated by chartreuse detailing, reminiscent of Puerto Rico’s azure waters and warm tropical surroundings,” the company said.
