Sea Star Line selects Tideworks Technology solutions
Sea Star, one of Puerto Rico’s main maritime cargo carriers, is upgrading its software systems.
Sea Star Line, LLC has selected Tideworks Technology Inc., a provider of full-service terminal management and planning software solutions, to implement its suite of terminal operating system solutions at its Jacksonville, Fla. and San Juan terminals.
Sea Star will use Tideworks’ complete turnkey solutions under a fully-hosted model to further its efforts to update the terminals’ technology, streamline processes and boost customer service levels, company officials said.

The project includes implementation of several of Tideworks’ software suites to enable Sea Star to exchange information with its trading partners and other enterprise systems.
