On May 6, Ford and Lincoln inaugurated a new technical training center in the University of Puerto Rico’s Carolina campus. The center is used by our resident Ford technical training instructor/field service engineer to instruct Ford dealership technicians on the latest diagnostic and service repair procedures on all North American engineered and manufactured Ford and Lincoln vehicles.

The training courses taught range from diesel engine diagnostics and My Ford Touch to advanced electronics. This training center is equipped like any Ford training center in North America.

“We enjoy our long-standing relationship with the University of Puerto Rico and their commitment to Ford and promoting a career path in Automotive Repair among their student body,” said Jeff Gorrall, regional parts and service manager for Ford Puerto Rico, Caribbean and Central America.
