Olive Garden’s San Patricio Plaza eatery to open June 15
A year after the arrival of Olive Garden in Puerto Rico, Restaurant Operators Inc. announced Monday the company will open its second restaurant on the island, in Guaynabo’s San Patricio Plaza sector, June 15th.
ROI President Dionisio Trigo said the new restaurant will feature 8,000 square feet of space with capacity for about 250 people. It will have separate entrance and exit to the mall, and will be located near the LongHorn Steakhouse restaurant.
“With this new restaurant we expand our Italian experience and excellent service to more Puerto Ricans,” said Trigo, who heads the holding company of the Olive Garden franchise on the island.
“Olive Garden has great success and we’re proud that our second restaurant is in the strategic area of Guaynabo, an area with high traffic of professionals, residents and visitors, among others,” he said.
Olive Garden has more than 800 restaurants across the United States and is known for its family atmosphere. The first eatery in Puerto Rico opened in Bayamón last year.
