This seminar will be submitted to the Supreme Court’s approval to obtain continuing legal education credits for attorneys.

The Association of Labor Relations Professionals will be sponsoring its 5th Labor and Employment Law conference Oct. 2, focusing on a number of topics ranging from violence at work to retaliation.

The lineup of speakers includes: Attorney Carlos Concepción-Castro, who will present a workshop related to on-the-job violence; Attorney Jorge Pizarro, who will discuss the legal and practical implications of the use of social networks, from recruitment to dismissal; Attorney José González will present a conference to provide updates on the topic of retaliation; and Attorney Agustín Collazo-Mojica, who will talk about the National Labor Relations Act and non-union businesses.

This seminar will be submitted to the Supreme Court’s approval to obtain continuing legal education credits for attorneys.
