Liberty’s new modern customer service center recently opened in Hato Rey.

Liberty Puerto Rico officially inaugurated last week its new 3,500 square-foot customer service center in Hato Rey, on the corner of Ponce de León and Roosevelt Avenues.

The first floor of Liberty Tower offers a large modern space with several technological advances whose purpose is to meet the needs of more clients in less time.

“Thanks to this new space and the conveniences it offers, we could double our capacity to serve 500 customers per day to 1,000,” said Elizabeth Sánchez, senior manager of service centers for Liberty Puerto Rico.

“About 45 percent of customers come to our service centers to make payments, so all these improvements help our customers to complete their transactions faster, making their experience much more pleasant and positive,” she said.

To provide even more convenience, the new center also offers a drive-thru area for customers who only come to pay their bills.

“The opening of this new customer service center is very important for us because it allows us to offer our customers a modern, comfortable and efficient area where they can conduct all of their transactions,” said Gabriel Palerm, vice president of sales, marketing and media  for Liberty Puerto Rico.

“With this space, we not only offer a nice space, but also one that offers convenience with ample parking and staff to help them resolve their situations quickly,” he said.

While at the center, customers may try several of the company’s products and services on demo. Clients who need to check their equipment can visit Liberty’s service center, as well as try new equipment before taking it home.
