Aon opens call for ’14 Puerto Rico Best Employers study
Aon, a global provider of risk management, insurance brokerage, reinsurance and Human Resources consulting and outsourcing services, on Thursday invited the business community to participate in the 2014 edition of Puerto Rico Best Employers ranking.
Puerto Rico Best Employers is a study that acknowledges companies that make an effort to identify, develop and promote the programs its employee’s value most, maintaining high employee engagement levels and better business results.
According to Aon, the company that has been leading the study for 14 years, the success of each responsible business depends on its capacity to transform, creating a workforce that is engaged with the organization’s projections and goals.
“Participants of the Puerto Rico Best Employers study gain access to information on the best Human Resources practices in Puerto Rico; they can measure and learn their level of employee commitment and establish a benchmark of its level results compared to that of Puerto Rico’s Best Employers. This comparative serves them as a tool to identify areas of opportunity within their business,” said Aon Senior Consultant Vanessa Rodríguez.
Businesses interested in participating in the study are invited to attend an orientation on Feb. 4th, at 8:30 A.M. in City View Plaza 1, Suite 107, Guaynabo. During the orientation, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with representatives from previously selected Best Employers, who will share ideas on how to manage the process internally to attain high employee participation. Additionally, the study’s methodology and participation process will be discussed.
To participate, the company must have been established in Puerto Rico for at least three years; it has to be registered at the State Department and employ a minimum of 65 regular employees. Participation requires a $995 investment, which includes a report with its individual results and a comparative of its results with those of the Best Employers selected in 2014.
