PingPro app connects consumers with service providers
PingPro is free and downloadable through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, as well as through the company’s website.
PingPro, an application that allows consumers to contact certified professionals in Puerto Rico, has received thousands of requests since it’s launching in December 2015, developers said this week.
The app offers a simple, fast, and safe tool for the client to resolve any situation or emergency within 24 hours a day, seven days a week. PingPro connects users with service professionals offering plumbing services, road assistance, repairs, and many other services available throughout the island.
Within minutes, certified professionals respond to requests with their information and estimates, so clients can choose the provider that best suits their needs and budget.
“It seems incredible to me how easy and how fast a client can communicate with me through PingPro,” said Tito Mercado, a certified exterminator that offers services through the network.
PingPro is the only application of its kind on the island. It is free and downloadable through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, as well as through the company’s website.
