Banco Santander, through its Santander Universities Global Division, has challenged university students from all over the world to design the official Formula One trophy which will be presented to the British and German F1 Grand Prix winners.

The students will be able to upload their designs and vote for the proposals at www.santanderchallenge.com until May 14.

The winner will be awarded with a trip for two to the British Grand Prix, including two grandstand tickets. In the case of being a client, he or she will be allocated tickets for the Paddock Club, the most exclusive area from which to watch races, very close to the teams’ garages.

The second prize will be an F1 helmet, and the third, a pair of gloves and boots, both from one of the Scuderia Ferrari or McLaren Mercedes drivers, to be chosen by the students.

Banco Santander is the official sponsor of Scuderia Ferrari and the McLaren Mercedes drivers. Furthermore, it is the main sponsor of the British and German Grand Prix, while also having a strong presence at the Grand Prix of Spain, Brazil and Italy.
