Law firm Schuster Aguiló LLC will hold its Third Annual Labor Law Conference April 7, discussing aspects related to labor law that are relevant not only to those who practice the legal profession, but also to employers, entrepreneurs and human resources professionals, among others.

Among the topics that will be addressed in the various seminars are: The New Law 80-Everything employers need to know; Licensing Nightmares: Practical strategies for handling common and unique issues; Updates of the 2017 Labor Law; And Preventing violence at the place of employment: Legal obligations and practical measures.

There will also be panel discussions on topics such as: How Trump’s Presidency will impact employers with unions; Compliance with the requirement of I-9 and Life in the Fund, which will discuss the challenges of employers with the State Insurance Fund Law.
