Subway Puerto Rico opens call for future franchisees

With more than 200 outlets run by 53 franchisees, Subway has a presence in 65 of Puerto Rico’s 78 municipalities.

At present, there are about 215 Subway restaurants in Puerto Rico, each creating about 10 jobs.

Entrepreneurs interested in new business opportunities are being invited to participate in monthly meetings to learn about joining the Subway restaurant franchise chain in Puerto Rico.

Joining the Subway restaurant chain affords entrepreneurs an opportunity to contribute to the local economy by creating jobs and boosting local consumption, as the franchise features fresh ingredients purchased from Puerto Rico producers. At present, there are about 215 Subway restaurants in Puerto Rico, each creating about 10 jobs.

Free orientation meetings take place the first Thursday of every month, starting at 6 p.m. at Subway’s headquarters on Muñoz Rivera Avenue in Hato Rey. The next meeting is slated for June 6. For more information, call 787–282-0101.
