Rock Solid Technologies, a company dedicated to the development of software products, will open new offices in the Republic of Panama, company officials announced Thursday.

In recent years, Panama has become a high growth economy in Latin America. That is why Rock Solid Technologies Inc., a provider of software products in Latin America and the United States, will seek new business opportunities there, executives further added.

In 2016, Rock Solid expanded to the Dominican Republic and currently continues its strategy of international expansion. The Panama office is the fourth for Rock Solid, behind San Juan, Austin and Santo Domingo.

Heading the Panama office will be Joseph Cruz, who assumed his role as Territorial Manager earlier this month.

“Rock Solid reaffirms thus its commitment of exporting products with initiatives like this one to continue driving economic development in Puerto Rico,” the company stated.

Since 1997, Rock Solid has closely aligned its efforts with Microsoft and has distinguished itself for developing business solutions meeting the specific organizational needs of its public and private sector customers in the Caribbean, the U.S. mainland and Latin America. Today, Rock Solid has more than 125 employees serving its customers in more than 25 countries.
