Triple-S Management's CFO to step down July 15

Managed care provider Triple-S Management Corporation announced Tuesday the departure of its CFO Juan Jose Román, effective July 15. Román has reportedly accepted a position in the financial services industry, prompting Triple-S to begin searching for his replacement, the company said.

“We thank Juan Jose for his many years of valuable service and significant contributions to Triple-S, especially the execution of our initial public offering, the establishment of a strong finance team and our increased visibility in the investment community,” said Triple-S Management Corp. President Ramón M. Ruiz-Comas

Ruiz-Comas continued, “We wish him the best in his future endeavors and are focused on ensuring a smooth transition when he departs next month.”

Liliana Rivera-Corcino, corporate comptroller, and Juan J. Rodríguez, vice president of finance of Triples-S’ managed care operations, will continue to play key leadership roles in the company’s financial management team, the company said.
