bMedia acquires Target Point assets, expands billboard media network

The acquisition joins two major players in Puerto Rico’s outdoor advertising industry under one expanded network.

Puerto Rico-based out-of-home media company bMedia Group has acquired certain assets from Target Point, expanding its footprint in the local billboard advertising market. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal brings together two established players in the island’s outdoor media sector.

“I’m proud of this moment and of the entire bMedia team,” said Juan Casillas, CEO of bMedia Group. “We continue to invest in Puerto Rico’s economic development — unifying great companies, talent, technology and locations.”

Target Point’s signature vertical bulletin format will now join bMedia’s broader billboard network, which the company says has become the island’s dominant media channel through reach, visual impact and proprietary data tools.

Casillas said the acquisition creates “another opportunity that allows us to offer our clients new and unique formats to connect with their audiences efficiently and effectively through the most impactful medium in Puerto Rico: billboards.”

Target Point’s clients will now have access to bMedia’s services and technology, including bSuite, a proprietary platform that streamlines media buying and offers real-time campaign tracking.

“For years, we’ve focused on developing innovative media solutions,” said Daniel Ramy, co-founder of Target Point. “Today, we celebrate the opportunity to offer our clients even more options and services to help grow their brands.”
