Bravo Foundation honors 2025 REP entrepreneurs in San Juan

The Bravo Family Foundation marked the sixth edition of REP Day 2025, highlighting the achievements of entrepreneurs participating in its Rising Entrepreneurs Program.
The event brought together business leaders, mentors and local founders who presented their projects before Orlando Bravo, the foundation’s co-founder, and a panel of international executives.
Awards recognized companies that showed progress, innovation and social impact. Categories included the Social Impact Award, the Global Ambition Award and the All-Around Performance Award, which highlighted three ventures.
Caribe Drones, founded more than three years ago, received the Social Impact Award for its use of drones in agriculture. The company specializes in aerial spraying and dispersion to optimize crop management, bringing technological tools to Puerto Rican farmers.
The Global Ambition Award went to Learningbp, founded in 2022, which provides tutoring, workshops and test preparation services. The company integrates artificial intelligence and the theory of multiple intelligences into its personalized learning model, serving individuals and corporate clients and planning international expansion.
Three companies were honored with the All-Around Performance Award. Mikokos, a personal care brand founded in 2020, produces eco-friendly, solid, natural products such as shampoos, soaps and deodorants. Its model combines direct-to-consumer online sales with selected business-to-business partnerships.
Intelicargo, a B2B software-as-a-service platform launched in 2023, is digitizing and automating shipping and trucking processes in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, helping carriers streamline operations and create new revenue.
Welli Clinic, Puerto Rico’s first biohacking clinic founded in 2020, offers personalized health programs and operates a wellness market.
“The energy of this new generation of entrepreneurs in Puerto Rico is contagious. They are the ones who inspire me to keep going,” Bravo said at the event.
Foundation CEO Blanca Iris Santos praised the participants’ accomplishments despite economic headwinds.
“REP Day marks a milestone for every group completing the program. I’m filled with pride that, despite a challenging business environment, our entrepreneurs not only met but exceeded their goals with exceptional results,” she said.
Santos said the program has helped foster a new entrepreneurial mindset across the island.
“We are seeing a real shift in mindset. It’s no longer just about what happens externally, but about how you think, lead and execute,” she said.
“These entrepreneurs are focused on what truly matters: revenue, profitability and performance. Some are reaching milestones they could not have imagined just a year ago,” she added.
The Bravo Family Foundation will open applications for the next edition of the Rising Entrepreneurs Program from Oct. 1-31. The initiative supports startup growth through a practical curriculum, mentorship and support networks aimed at local and global markets.
Through programs such as REP, Exceptional Community Leaders and Empowering Young Entrepreneurs, the foundation continues to invest in entrepreneurship, youth and community innovation with the goal of building a more inclusive and resilient Puerto Rican economy.
