Buenos Ayres restaurant in Punta Las Marías on sale for $2.3M
Five years after relocating from Condado to Punta Las Marías, Buenos Ayres Argentinian Bar & Grill has been listed for sale at $2.3 million, according to a property posting by real estate firm Centro Casas.
Centro Casas described the site as a “commercial opportunity on a corner lot, steps from the sea,” with facilities ready to operate and “development potential in one of the most exclusive areas of San Juan,” according to the listing.
The property includes a restaurant, market, bar, dining area, bakery offering Argentinian and local products, and a wine cellar. It spans about 7,000 square feet on a corner lot near Isla Verde Beach and features six bathrooms, 40 parking spaces, a 125,000-watt electric generator, two cisterns, a security camera system, alarm and three-phase substation.
Centro Casas is marketing the property as suitable for a boutique hotel, Airbnb or high-end restaurant, citing its “prime location” and “high tourist and commercial traffic.” The firm called it “an exceptional investment opportunity in a high-demand coastal market with ongoing tourism and hospitality growth.”
