Business Atelier launches platform to guide entrepreneurs

Business Atelier has introduced Groundwork Premier Access, a business growth community designed to help entrepreneurs turn ideas into profitable ventures with potential to expand in local and international markets.
The program offers mentoring in finance, accounting, business development, marketing, sales, operations, human resources and access to capital. Participants also join a peer network for ongoing support.
“At Business Atelier, we believe in the power of strategically accompanying entrepreneurs at every stage of their development,” said Tamara Matos-Hernández, CEO of Business Atelier. “With Groundwork Premier Access, we are creating an ecosystem where innovation, structure and scalability become the foundation for business success.”
The launch includes two programs. Groundwork Foundation, starting Nov. 3, is a six-week virtual course for early-stage entrepreneurs or those seeking capital. It focuses on business planning, market strategies, financing readiness and operational processes.
Groundwork Momentum, beginning Oct. 20, is an eight-week hybrid program for businesses with annual revenue of $50,000 and growth goals above $100,000. It offers advanced training in sales, marketing and financial strategy.
“Groundwork Premier Access represents our response to the real need within the business ecosystem for practical tools and expert mentors that accelerate sustainable growth,” said Samantha López-Muñiz, the program manager.
Business Atelier said the initiative strengthens its role as a resource for Puerto Rican entrepreneurs, providing access to tools that support competitiveness, innovation and long-term sustainability.
