Caribbean Insolvency Symposium slated for Feb. 6-8

The American Bankruptcy Institute and the Puerto Rico Bankruptcy Bar Association have joined together to celebrate the Caribbean Insolvency Symposium, Feb. 6-8 at the El San Juan Resort & Casino, organizers announced over the weekend.
A group of prominent national and regional bankruptcy judges, as well as experienced practitioners will be offering conferences on issues related to commercial and consumer bankruptcies.
The event will afford participants the opportunity to earn up to nine hours of continuing education credits. Furthermore, consumer track registrants will receive a complimentary copy of the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy book.
