The United Group of Automobile Importers, known as GUIA for its initials in Spanish, announced there were 6,947 new cars sold in Puerto Rico last month, representing a 2.9 percent increase from the same month last year, and a 4.6 percent jump over June’s results.
The Department of Consumer Affairs issued Wednesday about 14 infringement notices to auto dealers selling vehicles without the Monroney Label, required by local and federal laws to provide information to potential car buyers.
Proponents for this year’s 2017 Ford Environmental Grants program have until Aug. 31, 2017 to submit their projects through the website, where the program’s terms and conditions are available, along with the official application form.
