For the fifth consecutive year, the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce College Chapter will host its “Business Camp” during the group’s upcoming annual convention. The event will benefit 50 university students who will have the opportunity to visit four companies from different sectors on the island, learn their stories and interact with other young entrepreneurs.
“Follow2unfollow,” the Twitter-led campaign developed as a crime deterrent, won multiple Lion Awards recently at the Cannes Lions Festival in the south of France. The campaign, led by Starcom MediaVest Group Puerto Rico for the Puerto Rican government, won a Silver and a Bronze Public Relations Lions, a Bronze Promo & Activation Lion and a Bronze Media Lion.
The PsyTrack team, a group of programmers from various universities in Puerto Rico, will represent the island in the Microsoft Imagine Cup Software World Cup to be held July 8–11 in St. Petersburg, Russia.
